I’m honestly so impressed with Construction Manager. This app was clearly designed by someone who actually understands how much goes into managing a project. Everything is so easy to find and access right from your phone, whether it’s the schedule, budget, contractor information, team communication, 3D models, or contact directory. I also love how simple it makes communicating with the team, assigning tasks, and keeping track of what everyone is responsible for. Instead of having information spread across different apps, messages, and documents, it’s all organized in one place and right at your fingertips. The app is also extremely user friendly and provides all the tools to customize the app to fit your needs, by just following the prompts and the mascot “Rusty” I’m able to generate a schedule suited to my project. The more I look through the app, the more useful features I find, and I can genuinely see this becoming the perfect tool for staying organized and managing projects from start to finish!

I CAN RED LINE WITH EASE!!
I love the haptics when redlining and I can send my subcontractors punch list items and assignments. Hell yeah! Life saver. I love how it doesnt ask them to sign up.
