The app is great the Women on the other hand…

I have a bad sinus infection which was clear. She was rude on the phone call and refused to give me antibiotics. There should be a way to rate the doctors as she was very rude! Wouldn’t take me seriously and kept asking about a cough even though I booked for sinus infection.

Video Chat Unreliable

I love the concept of this app but unfortunately the video calls almost never work. I typically have to reinstall the app prior to a call to get it to work properly. My most recent call didn’t work at all despite reinstalling 3x. I hope someone from tech support reads this and does something about it as you’re going to lose me and others as customers unless this gets fixed.

Highly Convenient Virtual Doctor Consultation

I recently used consult+ through Canada Life for a minor health issue and was very impressed with the service. The process was simple and efficient. I entered my information online, booked an appointment the same day, and had a virtual consultation within minutes. The entire visit took less than 10 minutes and my prescription was sent directly to my pharmacy. It was fast, convenient, and very professional. I would definitely recommend this service.

Exceptional service

I just finished an appointment with NP Jane. I have never felt more looked after, very thorough, personable and kind. I came away with more knowledge and resources than expected. My family doctor typically only does phone appointments and addresses one issue at a time. NP Jane brought awareness to other typical issues and screening. I am very pleased and appreciative of her attention.
