Not working with emails

I've had this app quite some time now and frankly it's an awesome app I got the paid version after testing and checking it out this is the app for contacts easy to use and a great interface
Doesn’t work
I have run through the process using every option and yet I am a still seeing multiple duplicates and this is with the pro version and I cannot see anywhere to get support

It Works
This ap just does what it is intended to do. It manages contacts. Changes my 10+ year old addressbook that was messed with Google emails and FB profiles from 6000+ contacts to relevant 1800 contacts in minutes of fiddling with it.
What can be improved:
The process of selecting duplicates to be deleted has a back and forth toggling, it can use UI improvement by adding a delete bin in the duplicate selection page.
