Customer service
I must say this companies customer service has been absolutely amazingly good with me even though they're predominantly an online company. I personally got a phone call from a representative with a small problem that I was having. We tried to fix it, but it didn't seem to work for me. So without me even asking, they went ahead and sent me a new one that is a very classy move and this is a very classy company and I'm extremely impressed.
