Excellent App and Top Notch Cistomer Service
I am relatively new to Contact Mapping and impressed not only with the app - it’s wonderful integration with Facebook, email and text & more, but also with their top notch customer service. They are quick to respond and make everything easy and absolutely put the customer first.

This app helps me so much!!!
I’ve been using this app ever since it was a beta version from the beginning. And it just keeps getting better and better. Now with Facebook integration and so many other things, I can get even more done. I remember more about the conversations I’ve had. Know exactly what to follow up about and run my business so smoothly it’s incredible. I can even train my team by using this app and help them become the leaders that they need to be. It is just incredible everything that this App can do. Plus the customer service and the onboarding training sessions that they give are incredible . You’ve got to try this app!!!

Im horrible at recalling conversations and this app is making all the difference in what I recall when conversing with my network and growing it. Great but I need help with a couple of things
Hey I love the idea of this. Just wondering though if there’s a way to add details to a current entry. I’d like to add phone numbers etc to people I already have a note for. Also, I imported my contacts from my phone, but is there a way to update/ synch as I get new contacts?
Helps Build Real Relationships
It’s like Evernote and LinkedIn had baby. I’ve gotten off most social networks since they don’t help build real relationships. This seems to be helping reality instead of replacing it.
