Could it be possible to integrate the immigration department's app? This would eliminate the need to download two separate applications. Please liaise with the Apple App Store to facilitate an upgrade that allows users to download this app directly. I suspect the issue may due to certain undeletable apps fragments or system registry involved, and make the system think like it was still in the phone but actually it was not.

I already had iAM Smart app setup, so this was super fast and easy to setup. I forgot to bring my HKID after I arrived Luohu station, and I was able to set this up and use it to cross border to SZ in 5 minutes. For once I need to praise the efficiency of the government and whoever created this app and workflow. Well done, good job!

開啟程式後，屏幕有時不會全光（機器掃不到2維碼），有時又會全光

轉換手機重新登記顯示 a500 error internal server error.
換咗IOS26都可以用
當轉換新電話時，需要把舊有的帳號轉移至新手機，就算彈出警告時不能用Face ID，但是只要重新用身份證再登記。舊有資料同樣可以立即睇得返。無問題。
