What's New in ContactOne

3.8

September 29, 2026

Big merges, faster and under your control: • You can stop a batch merge while it runs. What merged stays merged, the rest stay selected, and nothing is left half done • The progress card says roughly how long is left, from the actual speed on your phone • Merging is faster if your contacts are in groups, which the app was re-reading for every single merge • Updated the phone number library to the latest numbering-plan data

Time saver

Wish I had this years ago. Cleaned up three separate collections of contacts with so many duplicates and random errors. Went from almost 3000 work and personal contacts down to approximately 2000.

Smart contact cleanup that is safe

ContactOne makes a messy, sensitive job feel controlled. I liked the review-before-change approach and the ability to reverse actions rather than blindly automating everything. It’s smart, focused, privacy-conscious and clearly built with care by someone who understands contact management. A thoughtful approach to keeping contacts healthy.

Easy to Use

Intuitive app that cleaned up my hundreds of contacts in a breeze. It recognizes similar contacts across my multiple accounts like Gmail, Outlook, and my iPhone contacts. I was able to review duplicate ones before merging and choosing which info to keep. The interface was easy to navigate as well. And if you made a mistake you can undo it in the history tab. Highly recommended for mobile power users!

Finally! A powerful contact manager that respects privacy.

My contacts were a total mess with duplicates and inconsistent formats, but ContactOne fixed everything in minutes. I especially love the “Add country code” and “+prefix” features - it standardized my 600+ contacts instantly. What really sets the app apart is the privacy - knowing that “nothing ever leaves my phone” gives me a total peace of mind!
