This app does not work

Despite paying for it, this app did not work.

It behaved as if it was backing up contacts, but no contacts showed in the archive to export.

Oustanding Customer Service

I reached out to CB for help to convert my contacts file into CSV from VCF format (they will soon have that capability on the App but it’s not quite ready). Anyway, the response by Nordin from the CB Support Team was immediate and helped me immensely. Bravo!

Paid for it and it doesn’t work

The only way for me to export contacts for my mother is to use this so I paid for it to get her contacts off her iPhone. The only avenue for me to get them on her new Sim card is to email them to my email address on my phone and try to save it to my phone and then put her Sim card back into her phone. I thought this would work but I can’t even open the VCFfile in my email and I’m using hotmail.comIt needs to have the ability to save it to a file so I can save it to my computer and then I can put the phone on the USB connection and upload the file to import on the phone

Thanks for your feedback! There are several possibilities to export the vcf file. Not only email. The issue you encountered is due to Hotmail, which only shows the first contact of the backup file. Useless

Reports that it has backed up 717 contacts but when I export it just sends one vcf of the first alphabetical contact and no others.

CRV

I requested backup in a CRV File and not a VCF and that’s how they were exported, why would I need a paid App when ICloud does the same thing in VCF, I want my money back if you can’t perform

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We provide the standard Contacts card format(vCard). It's the best and most used format when transferring/exporting contacts. iCloud does not export your contacts to other devices but only sharing them through your iOS/MacOS devices. Great tool to keep contacts safe.

So easy to use and ensure you always have your contacts backed up and easy to re-store when needed. iTunes is hard to use and takes forever to restore. I don’t like using cloud either so this app is perfect and easy. Also for like $5 you can export all you want is surely worth every cent.

RIP OFF!!!

Paid for the 1 time backup and emailed to self. It only sent 1 contact out of 775. For $2 I would have typed that one.

This app won’t tell you you have to pay to export your contacts. You are totally blindsided by the charge.
