Doesn’t work
Clicking on the + to create a new contact does bring up a small white rectangle with three dots but then….nothing. No form to fill in, nothing. Doesn’t do what it says it can.

Downloaded this to my iPhone X to replace another private contacts app that no longer worked. Having installed, it asked for a password even before I could go any further, so guessed and entered ‘0000’. This opened the app, and in settings allowed me to change the password. And that was all it would do. On clicking the ‘+’ icon to add a new contact, nothing happened.
I then download to my iPad Air, to see if that worked, and it did work - partly. It will add a new contact, but if you select ‘Import from Contacts’ it opens your Contacts, then when you select the contact to open it there’s no buttons to take you back to the app to actually enter it.
I specifically wanted this for iPhone, not for the iPad, and as such it’s totally useless. If you want to use it on the iPad (which I don’t) so long as all you want is to add a new contact and select the option, i.e., dial the number, that’s all it will do.
Have now deleted this app from both iPhone & iPad.
