iPad issue
With recent updates things are going wrong. I can no longer see the add screen. It opens but no panels nor panel names appear. Impossible.
No working
I use this free version everyday for like 8yrs it stores all the notes and gate codes and clients details and a work description and today you have said im inactive and you closed my account I need all that information no one in support is replying to emails

Way too expensive
Way too expensive for this app it’s over $100 for a year if it’s billed yearly, and even more if it’s billed monthly!
Dangerous app
The biggest and most dangerous flaw is the lack of back up. My ipad copy has no means, that i know of, of protecting your data. It does not link or otherwise to anything to give that protection.
Scam-Privacy concern
Signed into both iCloud and google. Seems they’re stealing data because once I added two accounts it wanted me to upgrade to sync both sources. Why let me add a second one when the sync is paywalled and take my info??
Weak
Somehow they just changed all work emails to home. Switched some back when I brought it to their attention. Way to costly for the little features above free software out there.
Relationships
Don’t download this app because when you add relationships it deletes all your contacts and you can’t add anymore contacts. This app was a big mistake

I love that I can setup Zapier so that I can scan biz cards from events and automatically import to Mailchimp
Ruined contacts
The concept is good, but execution is awful. The last time I attempted to sync my contacts, it merged everything across my accounts but left out phone numbers and email addresses, which really messed up my contact list.
Better Free Ones
There are better free ones out there that do just as much or more, and easier to use. Others might find it valuable, but it was a waste of $$$ for me.

Careful as will destroy all your contacts
Make sure you have read only from google. This app modify your contacts and destroys them. It does literally believe the contact is a different one if have one email. It is just the words. It does delete and change names to your contacts as well
Reviewed after canceling my subscription within the first week
Not recommended for serious users – Premium version failed me I subscribed to Contacts+ Premium expecting advanced contact management. Instead, the app failed to sync my address book (over 4000 contacts), didn’t import updated data, and even replaced my current contacts with outdated ones — without warning. I tried reconnecting accounts, resetting sync settings, and even reinstalling, but nothing worked. I canceled my subscription within the first week. If you have a large or critical contact list, this app is not reliable. Save yourself the frustration.

جرّبت كل شيء: إعادة ربط الحسابات، إيقاف وتشغيل المزامنة، حذف التطبيق وإعادة تثبيته… ولا شي نفع.
ألغيت الاشتراك خلال أول أسبوع.
إذا كان عندك دفتر أرقام كبير أو مهم، ما أنصحك بهذا التطبيق. وفر وقتك وأعصابك.

Avoid Contacts+
Avoid Contacts+ at all costs. This app, allegedly designed to “organize” and “update” your address book, has instead obliterated years’ worth of carefully built professional relationships. It indiscriminately merged contacts with similar names, corrupting entire profiles and erasing crucial distinctions between colleagues, clients, and friends. Countless phone numbers and email addresses—some irreplaceable—have simply vanished.
Even worse, it has randomly deleted data with no warning and no pattern, like a digital black hole consuming the very history I entrusted it to safeguard. The damage is irreversible, and the frustration incalculable.
To add insult to injury, their customer service has been absolutely useless. Beyond generic replies and vague promises, they’ve provided no real solutions—just delay and deflection. This app hasn’t improved my workflow; it’s wrecked it. A total disaster.

Mac Version not ready
I wanted a trial version to see it could help me manage multiple accounts including apple, google, a personal Microsoft account, and a business one. Woudn’t let me trial because I had 1000+ contacts, so I tried out a month subscription. Doesn’t work on Mac. So I tried it on my Ipad. Doesn’t load up a business Microsoft account. So I cancelled, but now I’m stuck with a month chart. Very disappointed.

Great App, but Crashes a lot
I love the categorisation of this app. How you can add labels to contacts and organise & search through contacts easily. Adding custom fields is a nice function as well as moving fields up and down individual contacts.
Only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is because it crashes quite frequently. Also, it doesn’t load all the fields sometimes (whether because it needs to be connected to a WiFi or something else, it’s annoying).

Erased Hundreds of Phone Numbers
I’m bitterly disappointed in this app, especially since so many users rate it so highly. I consolidated 3 lists totaling nearly 3,000 contacts. Instead, the app simply erased hundreds of contacts either completely or leaving a name without phone numbers. If I were a beginner, I would suspect myself of incorrect settings, but I’ve been using nearly every Apple product since 1985. I lost far more than a yearly subscription with Contacts+, and now I wonder how many reviews might have been bought.

Price
These apps are more expensive than lightroom and Photoshop for mac/windows with premium versions for iPhone/iPad with a 200 GB plan. This is nonsense.
