User Manual/Instructions?
I purchased it in hopes of a (simplified) quick reference address book to share with my family. Looks are deceiving. Without a user manual, or instructions I find it completely useless to add anything to my list. Multiple searches for a guide revealed nothing. What should take minutes has turned into a very frustrating endeavor.

No grouping of contacts. No support for Russian. Why did you let this Frankenstein born ? Контакты не группирует. Русский непонятно как сортирует. Часть контактов не видит. Такой софт надо хоронить вместе с кривыми руками разрабов. И где поддержка от них родимых ? !
Absturz
Seit der neuen Version kann mein IPad (erste Generation) die App. nicht mehr starten. Schade, bisher war ich sehr zufrieden damit.

Useful but crashes
Very useful program for business users only it crashes regularly. Update please which doesn't crash. Nov 2012 still crash crash crash. Poor

смысла в данной программе никакой! с русским не дружит совсем, поиск непонятно как работает.

Sinnlos!
Habe es gleich wieder gelöscht! Suchkriterien stimmen überhaupt nicht. Einige italienische und französische Städte werden Deutschland zugeordnet, deutsche Städte liegen angeblich in Italien, Privatadressen werden unter "Firma" sortiert, Firmenadressen dafür als "Privat" bezeichnet. Total überflüssig.

Erfült seinen Zweck nicht mehr
Seit dem Update werden die Firmen und Länder nicht mehr angezeigt, stattdessen zeigt es nur die Städte an.

Didn't work very well with Exchange Contacts on iPad
App crashes each time it opens. On re-opening it had 0 contacts shown instead of the hundreds there is...
This also caused all contacts to temporarily disappear from the built-in contacts app. They magically came back after 10 seconds and after re-opening Contacts XT (after it crashed again) it did see the contacts.
Sorting by country didn't look like country to me either...not sure what it's doing..giving up. Where's the money back button?

So unfriendly
This app is not really intuitive with no help or tutorial. And it's so ugly.
Started out good but went south!
In the beginning it worked awesome, synced with MS Office 2010 nicely however after editing my contacts in Outlook and many syncs it no longer sorted by company or country, just city. Sort by company brought up city, sort by country brought up city. If this bug can be fixed it would br a truly great app!

Very fast
Contacts XT is not much to look at, but holy cow, is it fast. Just what I was looking for.

efficace tout simplement !
En tant que commercial j'aime beaucoup cette application. permet de trier les contacts existant de son carnet d'adresse iPhone. Le tri par société est vital. Manque une étoile car ayant mes contacts sync avec mon compte Google, il n'y a pas encore de moyen de choisir le répertoire utilisé par Contacts XT. Ça viendra bientôt j'espère.

Gewünscht doch Preis ist zu heiß
Der App. schliesst die Lücke und Schwachstelle von Appel "Kontakte" Vier Suchkreterien und Sortierkreterien machen dieses Adressbuch sehr praktisch. Schön wenn dieses App noch die Leistungen von "iAdressBook" verbinden könnte, so währen Beide zu perfekt. Der Preis für die App. "Kontakte XT" läßt die Freude über die Nützlichkeit sehr drüben daher nur 3 Sterne
