App won’t open. Try Again error is all that will come up.
Bad container home collect
Never come and pick up the containers, it already been many times though. I have waited all day, I think it might be lack of drivers. Sigh!!

Tried logging on and prompt came up saying “Something is wrong” but doesn’t provide any advice on how to fix it. Very annoying!

Waste of time. Can’t find anything in a list of hundreds of charities that aren’t in alphabetical order!
Digital wallet failure
Even though the upstairs to download so that your member number goes into the digital wallet on your phone it doesn’t work… I guess we have to wait some months until they sort themselves out and get it right?
Log in attempt failed
Even though the mail and password is correct ,still showing error massage. And after couple of trying your account will block.

Not working a lot of the time
The app doesn’t seem to work a lot of the time (ie. returns history is not visible and most recent refunds not updated).

The app is incomplete and it takes you to the website. It doesn't worth losing time downloading this useless app.

It only showing an error message on startup. Nothing else. No buttons, no place to type anything, just the error message saying an unknown error occurred.

Much better app
So much easier to use when returning my containers. I like seeing how much I’ve returned and how much pocket money my kids have earned as a result!

Can’t login
I’ve tried all the normal stuff, delete and reinstall, close and reopen, reboot phone and it just does nothing when the correct id and password is used. Works on the website, app fails. Seems pointless.
Faulty app
Unable to log in. Don’t get a failed log in message or anything, just won’t log in at all. Luckily they accept your mobile number when you try to deposit cans/bottles or the whole scheme would be a complete waste of time and effort🤷♀️

Solved: how to login
I wasn’t able to login like some users. This happens when your login details are filled automatically by your phone. The trick is to delete the last letter from your email address and type it back manually. You should be able to login after that.
