Re-routes to the internet
This app is pretty much half a job done. You get sent to the internet then after that you have to rummage around your emails? This is especially prevalent when getting a refunded. What’s the point of having an app if it’s going to take three applications for it to provide what is supposed to be single use functional application?

Can’t see me!
I’ve returned bottles twice for Woolworths vouchers. On the website it’s saying I haven’t made any returns!
Constant Error
App won’t open. Try Again error is all that will come up.
Bad container home collect
Never come and pick up the containers, it already been many times though. I have waited all day, I think it might be lack of drivers. Sigh!!
App doesn’t work
Tried logging on and prompt came up saying “Something is wrong” but doesn’t provide any advice on how to fix it. Very annoying!
Next to useless
Waste of time. Can’t find anything in a list of hundreds of charities that aren’t in alphabetical order!
Digital wallet failure
Even though the upstairs to download so that your member number goes into the digital wallet on your phone it doesn’t work… I guess we have to wait some months until they sort themselves out and get it right?
Log in attempt failed
Even though the mail and password is correct ,still showing error massage. And after couple of trying your account will block.
Doesn’t really work
Account history entirely missing other than my latest return?
Not working a lot of the time
The app doesn’t seem to work a lot of the time (ie. returns history is not visible and most recent refunds not updated).
Useless app
The app is incomplete and it takes you to the website. It doesn't worth losing time downloading this useless app.
Horrible app. So hard to use.
Not user friendly and even can’t send emails to retrieve passwords

Something Went Wrong; An unknown error occurred
It only showing an error message on startup. Nothing else. No buttons, no place to type anything, just the error message saying an unknown error occurred.
Edit: ok was probably an outage, and it seems to working now. hope it was a one off

Much better app
So much easier to use when returning my containers. I like seeing how much I’ve returned and how much pocket money my kids have earned as a result!
New app
and works just so much better
Login fail
Can’t even click login button to submit credentials, hopeless, don’t bother
Can you guys fix those bugs?
Low performance on login.
PayPal cannot be linked.
These bugs have been reported months ago. Just fix it!!!

Can’t login
I’ve tried all the normal stuff, delete and reinstall, close and reopen, reboot phone and it just does nothing when the correct id and password is used. Works on the website, app fails. Seems pointless.
Faulty app
Unable to log in. Don’t get a failed log in message or anything, just won’t log in at all. Luckily they accept your mobile number when you try to deposit cans/bottles or the whole scheme would be a complete waste of time and effort🤷♀️
Not an incentive to use
Difficult to use - constantly prompting to log in and then doesn’t.
