Diese App ist kompletter Müll. Canons Kameras sind teuer genug, der Transfer der Videos und Bilder aufs Handy sollte kostenlos sein. Aber wenn man schon eine subscription verlangt, dann muss die App reibungslos funktionieren. Stattdessen dauert das Verbinden ewig, falls es überhaupt funktioniert. Absolute Peinlichkeit.

Money Grab
Excited to see this but after spending thousands on Canon cameras and lenses, they want more. Subscription models are the worst. Greedy company. I’m so disappointed in Canon.
Not worth the time or money
What a shame I use to love being able to use my camera and get the good quality pictures to my phone. Now that the app changed it no longer supports my camera and it is so confusing to use. I wish I read more of the reviews before wasting my time.
Pay monthly to use a camera I own?
Extremely greedy and frustrating to discover Canon expects a fee every month to use a normal feature for the cameras I already have paid them for. Canon, this will cause more problems than the greed gets you.

Pago, complicado de configurar e usar. Estou cada dia mais deixando de usar câmera fotográfica para usar o celular que é totalmente descomplicado, ágil, versátil, mais leve/menor. Câmeras cada vez mais démodé!!!

You want your consumer to play monthly subscription for what should have been a standard file transferring app with your own product. This is disgusting. **** your monthly subscription. Im gonna switch to sony real soon.
Photo transfer to Phone
Terrible I can no longer connect my camera to my phone and transfer photos. I thought I was the only one however reading reviews this was intentionally done by the company! Very sad! Selling on eBay and going with Sony!

Es könnte ein starkes Tool sein
Einstellungen werden immer wieder gelöscht. Stichwörter Wesen nicht sauber gespeichert. Allein diese Tatsachen sprechen nicht für ein professionelles kostenpflichtiges Tool. Schade, es wäre sonst ein starkes Tool

Doesn’t support EOS M50 and the old EOS utility is not supported as well, clearly a deadlock between canon and whoever wanted to move to this professional software

Signed up for $6/month subscription to download pics from my Canon 70D through WiFi like I’ve done for almost 10 years and the new app doesn’t work. It grays out the option to download from my camera, complete garbage.

Only a small amount of cameras are supported for this app??? Ridiculous I even purchased the subscription just to be told that It’s. It supported
Camera not supported
Very displeased to have invested thousands of dollars into canon products and no longer able to transfer files from camera to smart phone. My camera is not supported and the original app that I once used isn’t supported. This is enough to leave this brand and go with a competitor. This app only works with a subscription as well. Complete failure to once loyal customer.
