Time Consuming

This app is very time consuming for a person who has already been through a very traumatic experience. It is NOT easy nor helpful especially when you have photos on more than one phone. You CAN’T get help from the people who designed it or your adjusters. I literally think this app was designed to benefit the ins co knowing that individuals wouldn’t get all of their content uploaded on it.

I'm an independent adjuster who designed the app to make it easier for the policyholder to document their damaged items so they could get more money from thier insurance company.I'm sorry you had a bad experience and didn't reach us, Contents Buddy has worked successfully for hundreds of policyholders.And while we hope no one has to use, then if you ever do, we want it to work to your expectations. Useless if you can’t signup

Tried to sign up but requires adjuster phone number and email. Nationwide won’t provide this for a few days. Can’t wait that long.
