Mobile app needs a ton of work
Not intuitive at all and feels severely limited compared to the desktop version.
Website is perfect, But the Ios app is severely flawed
I love Content.io on desktop — it’s one of the best tools I use. The iOS app, however, feels stripped down and frustrating to use. Core features from the web version are missing or buried, which makes mobile planning and approvals harder than they should be.
If the app matched the web experience, this would be an easy 5 stars.

Great website, bad app
I suggest this company for social scheduling, I’ve had a great experience on the site. The app, though, is not good. There are weird rules that don’t apply to social channels on the site that do on the app, like a 60 second video length limit. If you’re looking for a good app experience, check out Buffer. It doesn’t have as many capabilities on the site as ContentStudio, but the app is way better.

Fantastic tool
I have had Content Studio for a long time and it is a great tool!
Great app, lots of features
Have use CS for 3+ years. They’re always adding features and it does the business posting across all the major platforms, scheduling, feeds, automations, integrations, AI etc etc
Online is great, app is terrible
It’s never worked properly. Crashes out all the time… they would be better off getting rid of the app that makes them look bad, which is a shame.

The app is currently not working saying it cannot connect to the server.

Stay away from this product at all costs. It has so far posted the same post to a Facebook page 15+ times today, no support to help with the situation and, in terms of managing Facebook and Instagram, Meta Business Manager is FAR better.
Can’t share from apps!
Can’t share links, etc. from apps into CS! Huge flaw!

I was a paying customer. I applied for affiliate never heard back from them. Support sucks at getting back to you on time.
I canceled my subscription way before the time, though it gets renewed every 28, i lost all my access to account. Not only that i got charged for 65 CAD for month, but I should not have charged as i had no access and it was cancelled.
I work as marketer, and will never ever recommend anyone this product.

Many bugs, few features
Crazy that an app like this doesn’t let you save or copy articles, and none of the filtering and sorting works properly so you can’t actually tailor your results. Desktop version is OK but the app is completely useless and unusable.
Amazing tool!
I have been using this app for 5 months now and it’s absolutely great! As a social media marketer, it has made my life a whole lot easier. Since I’ve started using it, they have improved this app a lot and they’re continuously working on bugs and improvements: so I’m not only satisfied, I’m in love! ❤️

Great app for managing my social channels
Simple enough to use and lets me see what’s scheduled easily.
Love the tool...app is lacking
Three stars for now. App just needs the same attention the online tool (which is outstanding) has had.
Primary issues with app:
- can’t post/schedule to Google My Business
- work done on app doesn’t show up online and vice versa. So, you can’t reuse content from your phone that you originally curated on the site.
Keep up the good work. I don’t write many reviews but really do like the tool and hope to be back soon to increase rating to 4 or 5 stars.

Website great, app needs work.
Website does everything well, but app has some major issues:
1. My replug link shortening not working right. If the post tries to shrink in app I can’t add any hashtags without weird issues. If I press enter or add hashtags weird letters show up on url. Also, seems shortening only activates for sure if try to mark as UTM even though I have it set as default on site and app by a replug campaign.
2. Anytime I look at planner all posts don’t show until I set filters to show all...every time. It never remembers settings. Default should be show all anyway and only change when we remove filters and then remember after selection.
3. Seems like every time I used saved hashtags in the app it adds them as a saved collection an on site duplicative set in settings.
I want this to work so can post from app but so far have used app to find stuff then add to queue and edit on site unfortunately. Also, need to add an option to share as an extension on phone so can add content from any website or app from the share/open in option.

Doesn’t work
Tried publishing 2 different posts to Instagram, none went live. Looked through FAQs to see if I made an error, but Content Studio app says it’s published by my Instagram feed doesn’t show them at all.
