Took my $ and didn't respond to ticket avoid buying from them
I bought the starter pack, didn't get it. Repeatedly attempted to restore purchase. It says "nothing to restore" so I submitted a ticket with screenshot including receipt number. Still haven't heard back or gotten my purchase/had ads removed.

Bad interface
You canāt escape the keyboard screen so you canāt get hints or skip etc.. uninstalled.
Lots of bugs and glitches
Great game but there's a lot of bugs and glitches. One issue is that the keyboard pops up and covers the screen and words so I have no idea what the words are. I have to close the app multiple times to get it to work again. The other issue is the button to watch ads to get hints does not work so I can't earn hints.

This kinda sucks, there are so many ads and it somehow crashed and the grading makes no sense, I think it was probably just vibecoded or whoever coded it needs to learn a little more lol
Ads have made it unusable.
Open app: advertisement. App offers you a daily gift. It plays an ad when you click on it. Once youāve watched the ad and accepted the gift, it offers to double the gift if you watch another ad. It plays another ad regardless of which option you choose.

i donāt recommend this game to anyone who is unable to put up with lots of advertisements. i gave it three stars because i like the concept of this game in general. i love āsmart people gamesā like like wordle and similar but even though this game seems ok at first, as you play you realize it kinda stinks. And thatās not because of the content (concept is good)ā nope, just like 90% of smart phone games it has about twenty million ads per second (okā¦ maybe thatās an exaggeration. but itās a LOT). games like this should NOT have this many ads. itās so annoying because i do a puzzle, then have to watch ads. exit the gameā yup, more ads. itās ridiculousā itās like an ad every minute or two, depending on puzzle difficulty. i guess if you can put up with ads the game is ok in general. but overall, WAY to many ads. i would not recommend.

Why after I spend $3 + tax do I then receive a pop up that says āwatch an ad for thisā and then not let me close the pop up for 3 seconds. I didnāt think a game could get more greedy! Honestly how dumb are you developers?!?! The game itself is cool but not worth the time or trouble from swapping levels.

I paid to have no ads because I thought the game was fun but Iām still receiving ads. Itās also prompting me still to pay for no ads. Not getting what I paid for is FRAUD. Itās a shame because this game was fun, but the ads are just relentless.
