Horrible. I work at diesel and yall constantly can’t get single order right. And better yet you don’t even offer loyalty points for when you waste the workers time and money. I don’t know why diesel still allows yall to operate in their facility but I pray they change their minds.

Most of the time my lunch order is correct. I like the food for the most part, but I wish there was more variety.
Not helpful order history
Can’t see the items ordered in order history unless clicking into each receipt. It’d be better if we can see the item names right off the bat.
Cannot save payment method
Doesn’t accept any of my credit cards. How am I supposed to use the app if this behavior persists?
Payment is broken
Went to work today and tried to use the app. Pages are extremely slow to load and when they do, it won’t let me check out, instead giving an error reading “cannot process payment.” Tried troubleshooting by removing and re-adding my card but now it gives that message while saving card information. My card is working fine, this is an issue on the app. Other coworkers are having similar issues.
Up until now the app has been great but as it currently stands it is fundamentally broken if it cannot process any payments.

Example of how to be user unfriendly
In order just to customize a sandwich to remove an allergen, the user have to download the app, create an account, remember the password, and share credit card information.
Meanwhile, the cafeteria station have staff standing right there that could have taken care of all these hassles by accepting the order.
If this is not discrimination against anyone with allergies, I am not sure what is.

Order Time UI is awful
I always end up ordering for the wrong time or day because of the interface and the failure to explicitly ask the user for a time or verify it with them. So frustrating
Cannot create new account
When I get to the part to create a password it just says “passwords don’t match” even though entered correctly.
