Needs Tutorial
Great system but has no tutorial or link in the help section on how to take a reading. Have to go to their web site to find a video. Please provide a step by step tutorial from inside the App Help section or provide a link directly to the tutorial videos from the Help menu in the App.

Outdated App TRASH
So outdated! Wow the company needs to upgrade it from 2001 to 2026. Cant even do simple/basic things such as delete test readings which inaccurately affect averages. I could go on and on but why do their work for them when Im not getting paid!
Fantastic app
I absolutely love this app. It not only syncs to my glucose monitor but also syncs the information immediately to the Apple Health app. The app provides insightful trends and reports for my healthcare providers. I highly recommend it.
Great APP
Easy to use and very informative. The Bluetooth connectivity makes tracking your glucose levels and trends easy to see. Record keeping of food, activity and medications is all there for you to use as well. Adaptable, easy to use and a great tracking tool!
No connection
I never received an email from the app to confirm my email. Impossible to connect

I can’t even verify my email because no email EVER gets send. I always check my inbox and my spam folder, and nothing.
Account registering & Bluetooth deficient.
I can’t register for an account and Bluetooth won’t work. Maybe it doesn’t support IPhone but I’m not impressed.

Stopped working after update
The app suddenly stopped working. Error 125 like in many other comments. All my data is lost. Now asking me to contact support. Terrible experience. Will likely acquire another glucose meter and trash this one. What a shame.

weird screens
poor quality. Gets stuck on a page with two screens superimposed on one another. You can navigate out of it. Please fix because the rest of the app is great.
Buggiest app ever
Couldn't get app to connect to meter. Called support, helped. Then dates meter/app were off, all data lost, support unable to help. Guess I'll have to manually type meter data into a spreadsheet for my doctors appointment tomorrow. Really buggy app.

Needs to have more display customization. Info is cut off screen and can’t change it to fit.

Daily Testing
I find that testing daily forced me to adjust my diet and exercise to correct the readings, achieving desired results.

App no longer functions after updating to iOS26. Error 125. Shameful. Fix it. Has been this way for months.

Looks like developer update was over a year ago. Useless app now. Doesn’t sync with meter. Loses data.

Seriously so many glitches this app is beyond frustrating. Come on. We have to use it and I constantly have to close it and reopen.
