my app doesnt work it keep sayignits downloading and wont download it wasnt letting me open the app

I have a 16e, previously I had a iPhone 7 and before I started the application it says that 16e, 17e or SE isn’t allowed, so stupid. Why does it matter if it’s up to date with other iPhones?
Complete mess even signing up
Got lost in maze of we can't email so we're gonna text we can't text so we're gonna email and having to check my email and then having the app completely reset itself back to the beginning total mess train wreck please fix this it's ridiculous
Not worth it
$8 for an hour of video footage is an insult. You guys have to do better than that before I waste my time!

Trying to start
I have reached out to customer service as well as gone into the app several times there are no tasks available show zero and then when you go in and ask for help they give you rambling that makes absolutely no sense zero assistance no way of getting any tasks I open the app for the last two or three days and nothing is there it says tasks available and it’s blank it doesn’t give me an option to click on any tasks because zero are available. Good luck getting a hold of anyone through customer service because you get stuck talking to AI that doesn’t help you in any way shape or form.

Best training app.
Let me first off say is there moderators work closely with you so you fully understand the app and its functions. I have used other apps like shift which don't tell you the payouts. This company does. They also give you options from a free headset up to a 32 dollar one you can purchase. For better comfort they actually pay you out daily. The moderators will throw out incentives some times just a better company to work with. They don't deny videos. As long as the image is clear the task have a good variety they are accepting the whole

Easy to use
So easy to use, great way to make a quick income. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot.
I was skeptical….but now i’m getting paid!
I didn’t believe it but I saw a video online and sure enough I applied and now I’m getting extra income on top of my income just by filming myself. I genuinely so happy I found out about this.

Super easy to use. I used to drive for Postmates and Uber but this has been a much better use of my time and income just as good
Pays less than half of Tasks
Don’t even bother. You have to “apply” and they pay less than half of the DoorDash Tasks app. I guess if you’ve exhausted all your tasks through Tasks, this one could be a backup but otherwise it’s simply not worth it.
