Helped me a lot
During my contractions it help me a lot, especially putting in the when the contractions started and stopped. I put it on my lock screen and my watch which helped a lot. Only thing I didn’t like is that when my contractions were 5 and under apart for a while it still said I was in pre-labor not in active labor but that’s all
