What's New in Contraptor
1.0.1
September 16, 2026
Contraptions make sounds now! Pieces clack and thud as they collide — deeper for heavier parts, louder for harder hits. A new Collision Sounds control in Settings lets you set the volume or turn it off, separate from your win sound. The Community tab now shows how many Challenges are still waiting for a solver — and how many are proven winnable. Be the first to crack one! Report a Problem: hit a snag? Send it to the developer in one tap from Settings — no name, email, or personal info. Notes from the developer now stick around in your Activity feed, so you can read them again anytime. Copy & paste Wormholes: pasted Wormholes keep their settings, and a link between two holes you copy together comes along too. You can also Clone or Copy a single Wormhole. Fixed: editing a name no longer jumps the cursor to the end when you type in the middle. Fixed a rare crash when a contraption became wildly unstable, and another when saving a Challenge you'd just deleted. Various stability and polish improvements.
