Dringend Update NÖTIG!!!!

ich nutze Ihre App seit über fünf Jahren und war anfangs sehr zufrieden mit den Funktionen. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass die Benachrichtigungen bei einem Klingelvorgang nicht mehr funktionieren. Dies ist ein schwerwiegendes Problem, da die Kernfunktion Ihrer App – die direkte Benachrichtigung und Interaktion – dadurch nicht mehr gewährleistet ist.
Nach so langer Zeit ohne Updates ist es dringend erforderlich, dass Ihre App modernisiert wird, um weiterhin zuverlässig zu funktionieren. Gerade bei sicherheitsrelevanten Anwendungen ist eine fehlerfreie Funktionsweise unerlässlich. Ich bitte Sie nachdrücklich, ein Update bereitzustellen, das diese Probleme behebt.

Funktioniert nicht so gut
Mann musst die Anlage oft ausschalten damit man den e Öffner benutzen kann die App schmeißt einen immer wieder raus die Camera ist auch nicht so toll sprechmodus ist wie Walli talki kominikation sehr schwer
Nur Spanisch und nicht Administrierbar
Ich kann die App auf meinem iPhone X nur in spanischer Sprache laden. Auf meinem iPad ist diese in Englisch.
Komme damit auch nicht auf die Admin-Oberfläche um das Datum und Uhrzeit zu ändern. Hier muss mal dringend was gemacht werden.

Nach Erstem großen Regenschauer ist das Teil nun abgesoffen und unbrauchbar zieht Wasser über Tasten Ende Gelände

Leider kann ich kein Chinesisch und somit auch nicht die Sprache umstellen . Kann mir jmd. Mitteilen wie das geht ???

The app does not send anymore notifications. I guess it defeats the purpose of having an app and this device.

- leider muss mindestens 1x im Monat die Skybox vom Netz getrennt werden um einen Restart durchzuführen damit der E-Öffner wieder funktioniert
- das Licht an der Cam lässt sich nicht abschalten und verblendet damit das Objektiv der Cam
- einzig die Uhrzeit lässt sich problemlos an der FritzBox einstellen

Für die Software ist ein Stern noch viel zu viel!
Derzeit funktioniert die Türklingel über das Handy nicht. Wenn man anderer Orts in einen WLAN Netz ist geht die Software auch nicht. Bilder kommen stark verzögert. Zu der Zeit als es noch ein Klingelsignal gab dauerte der Verbindungsaufbau so lange, da war der Besucher bereits wieder weg. Das Türsprechmodul ist optisch und qualitativ aus meiner Sicht in Ordnung. Der Türöffner mit Zahlencode funktioniert auch. Bin auch schon dabei das Bauteil auszuwechseln. Wie in der anderen Rezensionen auch schon geschrieben China Schrott eben. Die Rezession abgeben geht ebenfalls nur erschwert.

Ugh does not ring phone
The doorbell should send a push notification to my phone. It was working for a couple of weeks then suddenly stopped working for both me and my wife. Re-installing app and resetting push notifications did not remedy the issue. I now have no way of knowing when people are outside my door.

Ich hab das Teil schon 2 Jahre, aber bald nicht mehr es landet auf den Müll, es bricht in die Verbindung ab, und wenn’s geht zu langsam ,dann die Uhrzeit nicht ändern, zu Zeit hab ich keinen Ton, bekomme keine Nachricht wenn’s klingelt, kann es zu Zeit nur als Kamera benutzen, ist halt China Schrott.

No app support! No push notifications
There is no app support for this app. The push notifications stopped around Sep. 2016 on all our Apple devices! Currently the app is useless.

A great app. when I'm out there, I'm also called,too. But I can only see year and month by Callrecords, not the days.

This doorbell camera is now working quite well. I have had it for about a year and a half and the bug fixes appear to have finally taken root and fixed a major latency problem. In the last week, I have had two instances where delivery people have wanted to drop off stuff, or attempted to drop off stuff and I have been able to immediately (almost, anyway) connect over the Internet and have essentially fully functional two-way communication.
While I was truly frustrated with this doorbell camera at first, it appears to be really working well now. My only current complaint is hardware, which may have been upgraded. My version does not have a true infrared sensor on the camera but uses LEDs to illuminate objects when two way communication is activated. Therefore at night without lights on it's hard to see what's going on.
I also have this hooked into my video monitoring system and the feed is fine. Finally, it has hardwire power and Wi-Fi connection, and does not appear to have a problem. Overall working much better now than when I first bought it. Major advantage over ring or other commercial doorbells is that it does not require a subscription. At this point I would recommend it.

Poorly translated from Chinese, means you have to decipher all the directions and prompts. Currently I can't delete a device because I need to "close the alarm first" -- I have no idea what that means. To me it means I need to delete the app and start all over again.
Also there is no iPad app -- considering I spent $850 on the hardware for my business I find it upsetting that my intended use scenario is not supported.

Good idea, but...
Now I had this for about 9 months.
The main problem is that on an ad-hoc basis, the connection is lost as a result it needs to be reset (unpluged) every two weeks or so!
Not sure what is wrong as there is no support!

This version is much more stable and seems to connect faster. Well done to the developers for sorting out the glitches in the previous version. Keep up the good work! 👍🏻
