Hi there. Sorry to hear you’ve experienced issues. It would appear to be an isolated event or we’d have more widespread issues. If I had to guess I’d say you’re not having app issues as such but perhaps your device is 3G and therefore requires a 4G hardware upgrade in line with UK government and mobile operator guidance. This is highly likely to be the case. Feel free to open a support ticket at help.controlfreq.uk for dedicated response and resolution. If you call our 7-day phone support line we can always investigate directly. Exceptional support is what we do best and our products are of the most reliable available so it is a little surprising ‘no amount of support has helped’. Regarding the app, it is a free configuration tool for our 4G hardware but offers a comprehensive device and user management system for heavier users.
