Doesn’t work
at first, the app was usable, but the lights would randomly disappear out of my zones. But now, no matter how much resetting I do all of my fixtures are disappeared and will not show up. this company in this app is complete garbage

Used to be horrible, still is horrible
They say they’ve fixed bugs but everything about this app is still awful. There is so many frustrating unnecessary limitations and there is nothing you can do. They don’t care to fix anything because it’s the only app that controls the lights.
Update: they made it worse again. Now none of the fixtures show up on the app no matter what I try to reset, and they have disappeared from my zones. All my lights are stuck on whatever setting they are currently at. Literally the worst app I have ever used, never ever work with this company, there’s a reason the majority of the reviews are 1 star.

The app straight up doesn’t work

The app and lights never worked well. Can’t get all to ever connect. Waste of a ton of money..
This App and the lights are garbage
After spending quite a bit of money on these lights for my living room I find the app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Zones won’t set, some lights change others don’t. I even bought the remote thinking that would maybe work. Nope. Now they randomly strobe or turnoff. Steer clear of this company’s schizophrenic lights. I’m extremely unhappy with this app and product. I also never write reviews for anything which emphasizes how bad this product is.

Glitchy as heck
If you have more than one iPhone trying to control your lights good luck because you’re going to need it.. also if you turn on the lights with your remote it’s a bit glitchy to turn them off with a iphone. I mean it’s only 2020, what did I expect..
Garbage
App doesn’t work with iPhone so i cannot control not program my lights i just paid s Ton off money for. Their Helpdesk said the engineers are working on it and they are sick of telling customers there is nothing they can do. He also said it works better with android. Looked On my wife’s phone and a friend it is not on the play store. Don’t waste your time and $.

The app is lacking
I love the color options and that each fixture can be a different one. There’s a few tweaks to work out with selecting fixtures and zones. It would be nice to be able to select what colors are chosen for the party mode. I work in Alaska and the company I work for would like to be able to have the lights fluctuate like the northern lights.

App is garbage
The app is not user friendly, doesn’t allow you to have more than 6 zones...doesn’t connect with the lights, constant glitches, UI is horrible, for very expensive lights, the controls are awful. Do yourself a favor and get the HUE bulbs. Customer support is basically non-existent. Can’t talk to anyone in the prism department, was told only the president of Nora is responsible for the product...tech support says they “send emails” to the app developer to suggest changes when customers call in. App hasn’t been updated in long time. I’m about to send 140 can lights back to manu.

Good - need way to schedule holiday colors automatically
I’d love to figure out how to configure and have lights automatically show holiday colors at certain times of the year.
