ControlNXT gives professional drivers keyless access to the vehicle their fleet operator has assigned them. Walk up to the vehicle and unlock it straight from your phone over Bluetooth, or tap your RFID card. Every open and close is recorded, together with the vehicle photos you capture as part of the unlock, so there is always a clear record of who had the vehicle and what condition it was in. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Unlock and lock your assigned vehicle over Bluetooth • Use an RFID card as an alternative to your phone • Photograph the vehicle from front, back, left and right as part of the unlock steps • Review open and close logs by date and licence plate, with the photos attached • Find your fleet on a map to locate your own vehicle or help a colleague • Receive alerts about vehicle access and fleet updates • Manage permissions, your profile and the app language from one settings screen BUILT FOR FLEETS Drivers and vehicles are provisioned by your fleet operator — there is no public sign-up. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code, and you see only the vehicles assigned to you. LANGUAGES Available in English and German. Bluetooth and RFID unlocking require the in-vehicle ControlNXT lock module fitted by your fleet operator.
