Sometimes you have to retake a photo because it changes it into gibberish the first time around, but it’s the first free working app that allows you to copy its text to somewhere else that I’ve found.

This is a great app. It converts text in a photo to actual text very quickly and accurately.
Fake app
Bunch of BS. Anything that says otherwise is a fake review. I have tried also with multiple images in order to give it the benefit of the doubt. But this app fails miserably.
Couldn’t even recognise 4 words
Tried to take a photo of a page with only a typed 4 word sentence... didn’t even work for that! Can’t imagine how it would work for a whole page of typed words.

Do not waste your time with this app. It does not recognize one single word of text and will only output gibberish. Apparently Apple has no standards as to what they will accept in their App Store, because this definitely does not have any function at all.
