Choose from 26 ingredients - all-purpose and bread flour, granulated, brown and powdered sugar, butter, cocoa, oats, rice, honey, oils, peanut butter and the rest - and cups, tablespoons and teaspoons convert straight to grams and ounces. The weight per cup is shown right on screen, so you can check it against your own reference instead of trusting a black box. Recipes are written in fractions, so the app reads and writes them. Type "1 1/2" or "1½" cups and it converts 1.5; ask for cups back and 250 g of flour comes out as 2.083333 - and as "2 1/8", the nearest mark on a real measuring cup. A KEYPAD BUILT FOR NUMBERS The system keyboard covers half the screen and has no operators. This one stays put, has bigger keys, and adds + - x /.
