Sign in with your Convot agent account to: • See your unified inbox of customer conversations, grouped by contact • Open a conversation and read the full message history • Reply in real time and attach photos from your camera or library • Assign, resolve, reopen, and mark conversations as pending • Set your availability and working-hours schedule so you only get notified when you're on • Receive push notifications the moment a new message needs you • Switch between the workspaces and inboxes you have access to Convot is built for teams that run customer support through the Convot web platform.
