About

Cook&Track tells you whether now is a good time to eat — before you eat. The eating rhythm traffic light makes your meal timing visible, your personal recipe collection is always with you, and the weekly plan makes sure you know what to cook. Logging a meal in Cook&Track means: photo, short note, done — no ingredient lookups, no calorie databases. Nutrition values like calories or carbs are yours to define and enter, if you want them — no AI does the counting for you, because knowing what you eat is what makes you eat consciously. No account, no third-party cloud: everything stays on your iPhone and in your iCloud. THE EATING RHYTHM TRAFFIC LIGHT - Green, yellow or red: see at a glance whether your body has had time to digest - Your rhythm, your rules: eating window, red and yellow pause fully adjustable - Night pause can be turned off — works for shift workers too - Always in view: as a widget on your Home Screen and Lock Screen WIDGETS — THE APP WITHOUT OPENING IT - Traffic light at a glance, one tap takes you right in - Camera widget: tap, shoot, meal logged - Yesterday, today, tomorrow — your meals right on your Home Screen - Random pick from your collection: what could you cook again? WHAT AM I COOKING NEXT WEEK? - Rediscover forgotten favorites - Smart suggestions from your own collection - Build a weekly plan or prepare for events — what are we cooking for Christmas? YOUR RECIPE COLLECTION — ALWAYS WITH YOU - Keep your family recipes and your own creations safe - Found a recipe while browsing? Share it with Cook&Track — done - Scan a cookbook page — the recipe is recognized automatically - All recipes categorized and searchable anytime - Store nutrition values per recipe — calories, carbs and more - Multiple photos per recipe — from camera or gallery - Ratings from your meals make your collection more valuable over time - Share recipes with friends — Cook&Track users import them directly - Cooking mode: the recipe stays visible while you cook LOG MEALS — IN SECONDS - Take a photo in the app, add a short note — meal saved - Take a photo with the regular camera, assign it later — the time is picked up automatically - Multiple photos per meal — stored in their own food gallery, not among your holiday pictures - Copy meals from day to day — for habits and rituals - Link meals to recipes — even several for a festive menu - Planned meals automatically become current meals SHOPPING LIST & MORE - Shopping list across multiple recipes — adjust ingredients and share - Nutrition log as PDF — for your doctor or nutritionist - Your data stays with you and in your iCloud SUBSCRIPTION & LEGAL - Terms of Use: https://www.cookandtrack.de/en/terms.html - Privacy Policy: https://www.cookandtrack.de/en/privacy.html
