Extra game issues and spin issues

All of a sudden when I open the app and I have a free spin I used to be able to watch an ad and get another spin. Not anymore-why? Also when I was out of games I could watch an ad and get another game, again not anymore-why? Getting ready to delete game and find something else to play. I really do enjoy playing but frustrated with these issues

Lost all my coins

I used to love this game and played it for years. I had just under 6,000 coins collected from over the years and all of a sudden they were almost all gone … just a few hundred left.

Can’t close ads

They’ve added ads between games that you can’t close. When there is one with an X to close, clicking on the X opens the ad instead of closing it. Deleting the app.
