I love all of the Dash Games!
I love these games they keep me sane. They are a great stress reliever doing something that I love Cooking and serving. I just wish you would continue to support the games. I also wish you would bring back Wedding Dash and make sone new versions. Every time I see Hospital or Hotel games I am like Glu Games would do it better :)!!! You are the best!!!

Keeps crashing
Some of the maps it won’t allow me to cook things or use the stove on certain food items I don’t like that, then will update delete reinstall game same thing and I have lost a total of 118 gold from this lag or glitch going on with this game
Final boss level
They won’t open the final levels of the VIP, probably to keep you playing. If you can’t beat the final boss it feels incomplete… imagine if they never let you beat bowser in Mario!

Been long time fan of this company since I was in the 5th grade im 21 now ! I was inlove with the original “Diner Dash” nothing tops the original ( the levels , the characters , the challenges , rewards …etc ) miss it ! I even emailed the creator lol! This is a bit similar to it , same characters it’s very nostalgic but I really wish the company gave us the original Diner Dash back . It’s the only game that really had my attention

Heartbroken and Disappointed: Lost Progress After System Error
I used to love Cooking Dash, but a recent purchase error and terrible customer support ruined it. After buying a gold and coin bundle, my money was taken, but the items never arrived. When support finally responded and credited the purchase, they somehow wiped my entire game progress.
Months of effort are completely gone. Over 100,000 hard-earned coins dropped to 11,000, my gold disappeared, and all my unlocked levels and restaurant upgrades were erased.
For two weeks, support insisted my progress wasn't lost, ignoring what was right in front of me. Five days ago, I asked them to either restore my progress or refund my money, as I refuse to pay again for achievements lost due to their system error. I have received zero response since.
I urge the team to fix this issue immediately and either restore my original account or grant the requested refund. Until player progress and purchases are respected, I cannot recommend this game.

It is fun however the amount of gold you need to upgrade each location is ridiculous. You basically have to pay real money to get enough gold for upgrades. For the love of good change the upgrade mechanic. Make the first level just coins and then a decent level of gold. Don’t buy this game if you don’t want to have to spend a lot of money for the game to be fun.

The literal meaning of pay-to-win, you can play and 1 star each level but thats about it, you won’t really experience the beauty of the game unless you pay for gold bricks. You should really consider reducing the upgrade prices or do something to gain more gold.
Hard to progress
I honestly love this game. It’s a lot of fun but this game is stingy with giving gold, which as you progress, you need a lot of to upgrade your restaurants. I wish the game was a little more lenient with the gold which is why I gave 2 stars. If the makers start making it somewhat easier, I’ll increase my rating.

Terrible Support
It’s an ok game but it’s dead and has terrible support. When I contacted them to report missing gold, they said they couldn’t remedy it because it may affect game progress. What nonsense. They’re happy to take money to add gold. It somehow works then.
Challenging Game- no ads
We absolutely love this game. It’s very challenging. It depends on skill and not luck. There are no ads, which is great. I just wish they would make more levels. They have not added anything new to this game in the last two years.
Broken
My trial of style has been broken for 2 months and customer support has stopped answering me to help. Free gold is also now gone, so you have to spend money to get anywhere in this game. Edit: still does not work after 8 months and multiple attempts to talk to customer care
