Pay to win game
It is fun however the amount of gold you need to upgrade each location is ridiculous. You basically have to pay real money to get enough gold for upgrades. For the love of good change the upgrade mechanic. Make the first level just coins and then a decent level of gold. Don’t buy this game if you don’t want to have to spend a lot of money for the game to be fun.

Pay to win
The literal meaning of pay-to-win, you can play and 1 star each level but thats about it, you won’t really experience the beauty of the game unless you pay for gold bricks. You should really consider reducing the upgrade prices or do something to gain more gold.
Hard to progress
I honestly love this game. It’s a lot of fun but this game is stingy with giving gold, which as you progress, you need a lot of to upgrade your restaurants. I wish the game was a little more lenient with the gold which is why I gave 2 stars. If the makers start making it somewhat easier, I’ll increase my rating.

This game is so good even tho it was around when my mum was my age but it’s really fun and add free there’s no problem with this gem if you really want to challenge yourself download this now just wait till you get to level 10🥲
Terrible Support
It’s an ok game but it’s dead and has terrible support. When I contacted them to report missing gold, they said they couldn’t remedy it because it may affect game progress. What nonsense. They’re happy to take money to add gold. It somehow works then.
Challenging Game- no ads
We absolutely love this game. It’s very challenging. It depends on skill and not luck. There are no ads, which is great. I just wish they would make more levels. They have not added anything new to this game in the last two years.
Broken
My trial of style has been broken for 2 months and customer support has stopped answering me to help. Free gold is also now gone, so you have to spend money to get anywhere in this game. Edit: still does not work after 8 months and multiple attempts to talk to customer care
Shame
The game is good, but am getting pretty frustrated. Firstly, it is so glitchy, the trial of style never seems to download and I frequently have to wait for the venues to download on a daily basis. Secondly, you can’t really do much of anything unless u buy gold. I’m all for supporting games by buying a bit here and there, but it is very hard to progress without buying. Sadly, I think it’s time to look for a new game 😔

Used to be five stars but….
I’ve been playing this game for years, had all the upgrades, all the pets. Then the game crashed, all my progress was lost and it took 5 days for customer care to respond. So I’m starting over. Lame.

Improved over the years. Love to play. Glitch with “special” (not sure what to call it) days when levels don’t require supplies etc.
Season 2 episode 8 of Strakhouse
I keep trying to open this level and it brings my back to my home screen. How do I fix this??
Crashing on specific episode
The game is fun and I love playing it but when I try to reply Season 2 Episode 8, the app keeps crashing as soon as I hit Start. It doesn’t load and the takes me to the home page. Nothing that the internet or customer support say has helped. When I tried to reply to the customer support chat, I couldn’t get into it. I can’t get past the level or unlock more seasons because of this one episode

This game helps me relax, and I’m wearing from busy days
There is Good and there is bad
It’s a fun game in an overall spectrum but the lack of support from the creators, the glitches constantly, I have 35 so called messages that don’t exist and don’t go away. You struggle to make any gold…obviously a ploy to make you purchase it. It needs a lot of updating.
