Addicting, but need real money
Love this game, but you have to spend actual money to progress in the game. It’s so hard to get enough gem s for anything without real money. Everything is 149+ real gem and you can only earn 1 or 2 at a time. Extremely frustrating. Use to be a great game until it turned into a money grab. =(
Rubies for Upgrades
Love the game but the experience has declined since it now requires rubies to upgrade equipment. That was not the best way to get engagement…money from people maybe but not a fan of that direction for money.

Pretty cool
I play for around 30 minutes everyday to help my guild stay up on the leaderboard. The game is very interactive and has a cute storyline. My only pet peeve is that there are lots of pop ups after every other level, but I can swiftly close them.
An unhappy player
I am not happy y’all need to update this game where it does not freeze come on. It’s costing me extra money.
Downfall of an amazing game
Greedy moneygrab game. Save your sanity and don’t download it. The developers don’t care about the players in any way anymore other than to steal your money.

Do not buy rubies on this app
I have played this game for several years. I made an app purchase this week and was not awarded the full rubies I purchased. I received 35 rather than 100. I tried my best to resolve this directly with cooking diary but they were very unhelpful and practically told me I had ordered a different offer which I hadn’t. Certainly be very careful buying any offers. Take a screenshot prior as cooking diary customer service is extremely poor, they are not prepared to resolve issues.

Do not download this game if you don’t want to spend money. There are not enough useful rewards in terms of gems and boosters to progress without buying them. The task book is ridiculous as you only get a few gems for serving thousands of items but have to use lots of gems and boosters to upgrade kitchens and pass levels to serve those items. It has got worse and worse over the last couple of years and is not fun anymore as constantly getting stuck on levels. Some of the new tasks force you to open a new restaurant to complete if you are passed 80 levels in current one but you need hundreds of gems to upgrade which are impossible to earn so you have to spend money. Some levels can’t be completed without boosters e.g. needing 14 fully happy 5 heart customers to complete a level when none of the customers start on five hearts to begin with! So you have to spend gems on boosters which you don’t have because you can’t earn enough gems in the first place. The cycle has become too monotonous and costly.

Pay to play
Beware they are taking more and more away and you have to pay to play. They want you to advance but give you know way to do so except to pay. Been playing 7-8 years and last 1-2 years just keeps getting worse. Good luck

Pros - great addictive game. Cons - Mytona are just greedy. Example Tasty Airlines. Collect cards and get 50 rubies on completion. Not only did they remove the rubies but they keep giving the cards away as ‘ rewards’. I love my guild I enjoy playing the game but the developers take cynical money grabbing attitude to players and the game becomes more and more pay to play with each update. King.com very successful and don’t rip off their players. Maybe take a look at their business model

I used to like this game but not anymore. This game used to be fun
This game used to be fun but now it’s getting to be annoying. Every time I open the game, I have to click out of five or six different pop-ups trying to get you to spend more money. It’s freaking incessant and then you get a reward for an hour of not having to use lives, but it’s worthless because I usually just play it when I have a few minutes to kill and then I get an hour reward, but I don’t have an hour to spend on it so therefore the reward is absolutely worthless. If you’re gonna give an hour of award, it needs to be from when you click go to start it. It shouldn’t start the minute You win it. Because not everybody has the kind of time to devote to it. So therefore, anytime, you see where you purchase coins and adds an hour of playtime on there, consider it worthless, unless you actually have the hour to commit to it. And I really resent that about this game and I feel like it’s just a major cash grab.

Fun game but….
The developers constantly trying to make more and more money. Some elements recently more than doubled led in price, literally every update brings a case where they’ve taken something away and are asking you to pay for the pleasure. As well as upgrades where they’ve taken something make all game play so hard.
