Purchased gems not received

I have purchased two sets of gems to play with. On February 19 and again February 20. I never received any of the gems, but took my money. Then as you get higher in the game it freezes. Enjoy playing but need to fix the issues. I never write reviews but when you mess with the money and not getting the product then you must say something . This deserves a negative 1.
