The game has been glitching and won’t stop loading and does not let me in
So when you join the game, they’re there pops up this little cake with a whole bunch of layers and it starts loading and loading and loading, but it never stops loading and it will not let me into the game. This has been happening ever since like a couple days ago, and it just won’t let me go into the game. I really love this game and I would really wanna play it but it just doesn’t let me.

Gems
In order to play the game, you need this currency called Gems. The game keeps reducing the gem amount you are able to achieve. In the casino whenever you spin the wheel, one of your side bars will fill up and eventually you will get a present. I spent all of my money + played the casino with 150 tickets and my side bars aren’t did not fill up at all. Fix your game.

I been playing this game for 8 years! Every now and then I get addicted and play and play to I can’t anymore. but I always find my way back ;) I have always love the way the games looks, the design and art works is beautiful. I do have to say playing this game back when you didn’t need internet to play, the ads are getting a little much but still a great games.

Es un juego que me gusta demasiado la verdad es excelente, pero, he notado que el juego ya tiene instalado en si que no pases siempre bien, me frustra que atienda y cumpla con la meta de clientes y ventas y aun asi no recolecte todas las estrellas, que mas hay q hacer? Se supone que atiendes al cliente en buen tiempo es justo para obtener las estrellas, no me gusta eso.

Won’t load
My game won’t load past the first nordcurrent screen. It’s been this way all day and I can’t claim my daily reward or do my daily tasks. Everything else on my phone is working, there’s no available update and I’ve tried switching my phone on and off. This is so frustrating!
ADS EVERYWHERE
I’ve played this game for years and used to really enjoy it. Lately, though, it’s become overloaded with ads—to the point where ads play while you’re actively playing the game. It’s incredibly disruptive and takes away from the experience. It feels like the focus has shifted from making a fun game to maximizing ad revenue, and the gameplay has suffered because of it. Disappointing.

My main gripe is I’ve played this game for years, and while it’s a fun, mindless game, I’ve watched the creators only care about money, money, money. There are now ads on the game, even if you have made in ap purchase within 30 days, which used to get rid of them. They no longer offer the discounted diamonds they used to offer (for purchase) and they have slowly made the casino (to win diamonds) award you with less and less diamonds, which makes the game virtually impossible without spending real money. I have messaged the company about the ads, though I pay a monthly subscription, and get the same generic AI message, then they give my account a few diamonds for the inconvenience and don’t fix the ads. I will not play a game that has ads.

Impossible to progress
The game itself is good but in reality you cannot progress without gems, which are impossible to acquire without actually spending money. And the gems are extremely expensive. If you want people to actually put time into this game you should make it more attainable. I usually play two restaurants and then end up deleting it for years because what’s the point of a game you can’t actually progress on without dropping hundreds.

Love the game but greed ruins the game
I love this game so much! This is one of the few games that I will continue to go back to but my gripe with the game is that you need gems/power-ups to progress at every stage of the game. This includes the restaurant levels themselves as well as the challenges. Even with the power-ups and gem usage these levels they still make it near impossible to succeed. I would like to say that I am very quick with the orders and it is still near impossible. Anytime I step away from the game it is in fact because the game developers are being wayyy to stingy trying to force players to pay real money in order to truly progress. I love this game to death but am also very frustrated.

worst money grab
I have made several in app purchases. I played this game in my free time! The game began crashing on me and still playing ads after paying for the ad free feature. I then contacted support and the person was incredibly rude. She said that there was nothing she could do and would escalate the situation. Not a single person reached out. The app continued to give me issues. Biggest waste of money. Do not download and waste your time.

Worst mobile game I’ve ever played.
You shouldn’t need to spend money on a game to progress in it, the chances of getting gems from the slot machine is zero to none and you don’t get gems from normal levels, I’ve never in my life seen worse mechanics then this game.

If you’re playing on your phone… it is VERY difficult to place the food on the warmers for some reason…. Causing you to burn your sausages and your patties….
