App performance has been improved a lot in a short span of time. Previously it used to never load but now it’s fantastic. The app never dies despite the huge traffic.

Search bar is not working

Unprofessional

Based on my 3 orders with Cookr I see the following issues: Food preparation starts late, delivery agent is not assigned until multiple follow up are done. There is no professional customer service support. Expected time of arrival is never maintained and always delayed by at least 1/2 to 1 hour. Today was height of delay it took 3 hrs and no purpose of delivery so late. Please don’t commit if you can’t deliver.

Tasty food, reliable service

I have been using this app for a while now and it’s been a great experience! app is easy to use the food options are varied and delicious and the delivery is always timely. I especially love how they support local home chefs ,it makes the meals feel more personal and authentic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty, home-cooked meals delivered right to their door!

Homemade meals

Love the concept of this app. People like me who can’t cook or stay in hostel/PG can get mom made meals at our place. Affordable and best service. Delivery is slow but worth it as meals take time to prepare.

Customer support and delegation issue

I have scheduled the order day before delivery guy 30minutes before delivery he denied and when we spoke to customer service they blaming us they didn’t gave proper support if they cannot deliver the order they should not accept the the order money debited and they money refund time is also takes long customer support team is worst and they kept mute and blaming us this is worst to the core many social media influencer are promoting this app but believe me all are fake reviews worst to the core

Iam Rehnquist customer to Cookr

Iam really with the dishes but sometime there is lag in delivery time it take more than a hour to delivery from the delivery time which is really disappointing. Otherwise all good. Regarding food some dishes are little burnt like paniyaram. Can concentrate on that too.
Overall if they change all this they can shine.

Delivery is bad/ bad customer support

Their delivery is not planned right !! It easily takes an hour more than selected slots. Doesn’t matter even if you order a day prior!! And their customer support is pathetic and unsupervised. Never do a online payment with them as they don’t refund even if the delivery goes wrong from their end.

Aapam Batter was fantastic

I ordered Fresh Aapam batter first time (by all means) it was a perfect fine decision to pick it frm Cooker I was worried about delivery slot changed to 10 am but being fresh n well made it served me best till last aapam wd good flavour taste n apt sourness App itself can provide for reviews as well being food items Will be more helpful

Great app and good food

Nice app which aggregates home food. It could be better if we have the tracker /Status of food delivery so that we can find out and there is no option than chat. Else I tried one source it was excellent

Pathetic customer service.

I ordered my food yesterday (19th May). It was delayed by over 1 hr. Even the delivery executive was not assigned till I escalated . When I tried to reach out, nobody responded from customer services. Finally when there team woke my food from Swiggy was on the way. I asked for refund and the customer service person just ignored by request as if this is business as usual for them.

Also, very strangely there delivery executives are asking for money at the time of handover and are suggesting not to pay online. What is the catch here.

They have better food but unreliable service !!

Great for Home Food

Pls do try , We have been ordering for past week from variety of kitchens, delivery on time , including ease of tracking.. you get to choose the time-slots as well.. fresh food from home for your taste buds !!!

Worst customer service

I ordered food and selected a slot for delivery. The rider was on my way but suddenly took a detour and there was no communication. Also when reached out to customer care no proper response and they said they will check with the rider and call me. But no one reached out. Someone called and said wait for 10 min it will be delivered, though I informed them I don’t need the order as it’s already 45 min delayed. And I am trying to reach their number and it keeps saying busy. Looks like they have blocked the number.

Suggestions

Food is good, fresh and Hot and packaging is much better than top restaurants.

Here are some suggestions-
1) show us the name of the kitchen on past orders. This allows us to rebook or pick some thing from same kitchen. I only see past orders and value but not kitchen name
2) see if you can bring in Sodexo option
3) some of the kitchens has more than 1 qty, I mean 2 dosa or 2 upma pesarattu as a set and it is being packed one leaf. Poori chapati can be packed in any qty in a single pack but dosas should not be packed like that. Please ask kitchens to add one small leaf to separate dosas.
4) if I try to place order at 07:30pm then the early delivery available will be at 9pm. I started placing order at 07:28pm and by the time I picked the items and placed the order at 07:30 the delivery time changed from 08:30 to 09:00pm. See if this skip is set to 15mins instead of 30mins

Home cooked food at a superb budget!

Cookr does provide best of both world. Home cooked food, many choices of cuisine, delivered hot. Icing on the cake no delivery charges, packing charges so far. Ideal app for those living alone in hostels, or on tour.
