Most days through Alexa cool fm will just stop working.
Also when listening through the app it will stop. Sometimes coming back on and sometimes not.

No bandwidth for streaming.
App must require a crazy amount of bandwidth. Have an ongoing buffering issue while listening to a live stream across 4g / 5g and Wi-Fi (150mbps download) all the same. Reported it to their support team. Never heard back.

I listen to cool fm when I’m away from home as I am occasionally homesick and cool FM is massively comforting. But one thing I would change if I could would be to ban Camilla cabello and Shawn Mendes from the radio. They are beyond annoying. Their music isn’t that great. Cmon now

Love listening to cool fm! Great presenters all day and night! Never listen to any other station, i just couldnt! What would make it better tho was if i won the cool cash call😂 but all together just an amazing station and class presenters🎉
No Cash Call Entry Option
App is easy to navigate but having to open 6 tabs to enter cash call is tedious every morning. Would be much better if you could enter it in the app easily on the same page.

I absolutely love the CoolFM App. I listen to it while getting ready in the morning and It really motivates me in morning by playing all of my favourite songs. The best part is it’s Free and doesn’t require WIFI to work so I can listen in when ever I want. One thing they could do to make the app better would be if you could make a proper account and chat about music and request songs, take part in quizzes,etc

Really good but.....
I really like using this app but I can only use it on Wifi and then I can’t listen to the great music on the bus! I also have to use my data which isn’t very good.
But I love the music on it and in my old primary school our teacher won us a trip to Glasgow(Scotland) in 2017 (May) it was so much fun and it was all free, we went Skiing in Snow factor

Take huge bandwidth & extra ads
Great idea but if you have 3G only forget it as the signal drops out due to large bandwidth required, this station play the usual amount of adverts but does play great music yet this app sneaks in extra ads . A song will be playing an ad will play then it will connect back to the song- frustrating! Sadly I’m listening elsewhere
