Not happy
Took all my points to buy puzzles when it switched over to this new improved puzzle pieces very disappointed
Don’t fix things that aren’t broken
This was a five-star app and my favorite puzzle app for over 5 years until this recent change to the layout. The puzzle pieces are so tiny that it makes it frustrating. Why is there so much voided space on the sides of the actual working space? And the piece sticking is virtually non-existent. I give three stars because 1) it was my favorite puzzle app, 2) the update to toggle the transparent puzzle picture is nice, and 3) the OG background music remains and still rocks me to sleep.
Can we please go back to the old layout for working puzzles? :(

Disappointment
I used your daily puzzle every day till you changed the shapes of the puzzle pieces. I’m very disappointed in this and I did not appreciate you taking all my points and starting all over on this new puzzle pieces.

Update is a nightmare!
Absolutely hate the updated version. I can’t choose how many pieces I want the puzzle to be. I can’t reference the picture I’m trying to put together. I do not like the new shape. You took away all the points I had accumulated and only gave me 6000 to begin with. You took away all the puzzles I had already purchased. Cool puzzle just went from being my favorite jigsaw game to the bottom of the list!

Cool Jigsaw Puzzles
I have been using this app for about 8 years or so. This new update is terrible. The pieces are not the same and they do not act the same way they used to. Do not like it at all. Please put it back the way it was or give me the option to do a legacy version. Thanks
Great when it works
Good puzzle game, but wouldn’t transfer to my new iPad so lost all my points unless I just give up and play on the old device. Not much good, since everyone has to upgrade to a new device at some point. Support appears to be nonexistent.

Great when it works
I like this puzzle game, but right now It isn’t working. Sometimes I can re-install it and get a new group of puzzles, but now even that doesn’t work. Is this a ploy to make us pay or is the game just poorly developed?

These puzzles are great until they don’t operate or download. Customer support is not responsive. Great idea but poor execution.

hab immer eure Puzzle gemacht, nun gehen die Pakete nicht mehr auf, möchte hinten auf dem + Zeichen neue Puzzle laden aber geht das nicht, lädt auf 100 % aber auf gehen ,eine Pakete zum auswählen, SEHR SCHADE !

Used to love this app but now it just locks up. Disappointed
Removing game
Get NO help from support about just getting red screen when puzzles have been purchased. No longer going to waste time on something that no one cares about helping and getting answers! BYE!! Not worth the download!

Loved Game in the Beginning
Best puzzle game until it freezes and you cannot get to the Daily puzzles, new puzzles or even settings

Why will this load and not go any further. Never leaves loading..
Daily puzzle
Daily puzzle says my internet is down, so I can’t access it. If it was down I wouldn’t be able to write this comment. Not the first time this has happened.
