PayPal isn’t showing up
When I won the first time PayPal also was an option to redeem my winnings and it worked. The second time I won I went to go redeem it but it only gave the ACH card as an option, but trying to redeem it to my PayPal account. & I deposited $60 of MY money.

Poor Customer Service
I’ve been playing this app for awhile now. Cashed out a couple times with no issues. I hit a decent win on 1/3 was told on 1/5 redemption was sent to my account. I’ve tried contacting customer support through the game app with no answer. I emailed customer support and was told to use the in game support for my issue. It’s now 1/8 no help on my redemption issue and still no deposit. If the issue gets resolved I’ll update my review but as it stands right now I am disappointed. “UPDATE “ finally received my redemption. Still have not had any response with any agent through the end game support for my issue.
