Have Enjoyed the Cool Writer!

Enjoyed it so much (since 2014) the documents on my older iPad are inaccessible; the new version won’t work with iOS9-10. I will take both pads to an authorized Apple tech. Perhaps my treasured writings will be mine again.
But really, folks, Cool Writer is da bomb!

Crashing

The app crashes and has been crashing for months . When you start typing it crashes. It was a great app until this problem started.

PLEASE FIX!! This app was amazing but with new iOS update the app opens for like 10 seconds then crashes,!!!
I paid for the full version and loved it for years now there’s no update and the app won’t open with all my info!!!!! UPDATE NEEDED
