Not connecting
I did EVERYTHING the app said to do. Would not connect to my iPhone. So the item was useless

The device’s Wi-Fi keeps on disconnecting every 5 seconds each time I try to venture deep into my ears. I’m beyond angered that I spent $5.83 on this sucky tool!

Stupid feature needs fixing
The camera image on the app keeps rotating when you turn the ear picker. This is a stupid feature and needs removing as it throws you off on which direction you’re actually at.
