Pathetic!
I get several advertisements from Coolfly every FEW MINUTES!! And if I’m lucky, I get 1 bird notification a DAY, despite the fact I can see birds at the feeder (out the window) almost constantly.

Really amazing app!! I love it so much and check for birds everyday. However, the AI used in the app makes it less enjoyable for me. Personally, I think just having the 'search for bird' opinion is enough to learn about and identify the birds you see. The AI identifier (and other AI features) just seems pointless to me when you have a big list of birds right there! :3

Do not recommend because there is no privacy. Setting court or it istoo difficult to figure out.

I do like the feeder. I don’t like that just one person can view it on one phone. My husband and I both want to look at it at different times, but only one is allowed. And it is NOT easy to set up! It’s a pain!
Too young
The concept is great, but the app seems too new to provide reliable identifications. While using it in Wisconsin, it identified a small bird at my feeder as a condor and also suggested a scoop-bill species that would be extremely unlikely at a 3-inch backyard bird feeder. These kinds of obvious misidentifications make it difficult to trust the results. The idea has potential, but the database and identification system need more time, development, and refinement before I can rely on it consistently. For now, I’ve moved on to an older, more established bird identification system that provides more reliable results.

Bird identification
The bird identification is very inaccurate. It has identified the same bird as multiple species - some of which don’t even come close to looking like the bird captured on camera. In many cases it can’t identify the bird.
Fixed
The app stopped working. Other users said this was a known issue. They fixed it a few hours later. Hope this doesn’t happen again
Great so far
I’ve only been using it two days so far but after some issues that the support was quick to help me fix it has been amazing ever since. Im really loving watching the birds splash in my bird bath it’s so cool now I can see them in there and my camera bird feeder and also my camera humming birdfeeder I have also. I love watching my birds. I just had to find a way to keep the ants from climbing the cord on my hummingbird feeder which some cinnamon oil mixed with Vaseline did the trick. No more ants floating in my hummingbird food.

I had one hummingbird camera feeder last year and ordered another one and used them throughout the fall and winter for other creatures. Then they came out with their new cameras with one on the pole and set it up yesterday and waiting for the deck one to arrive. About time for my hummers. Love all my cameras.

App stopped working
Once it was setup the app worked fine but just a few hours later, the app disconnected and won’t let me back in. Set an email and waiting to see if I get a response. Very disappointing since the feeder looks nice.

Says my device is bound to another user and will not let me add myself to the camera. Boooooooo
Highly recommend.
I absolutely love this feeder when it’s working. It constantly needs to be refreshed and gives network errors or try again later. I have a newer iPhone, and strong Wi-Fi signal and it constantly buffers and crashes.

Not happy
Does not connect well to the internet regardless if you have 2.5. Have to have hotspot for the connection. And support on this app is not helpful.

At first customer service was great, but after I sent them everything they asked for it’s like crickets. Haven’t heard back from them.
