App keeps crashing
Not able to use this app as it keeps crashing. Earlier also notifications were not coming properly and now app is crashing continuously and not able to use it.

Unstable like a Pendulam- Buggy App
This is used in schools and seems to have been developed by one of the kids. It crashes frequently, and schools should consider switching to something else. It causes a lot of frustration among parents and negatively impacts the school’s reputation.

Pathetic App
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. There is no auto refresh, for any notifications it needs a manual refresh and the app crashes very frequently, need to reinstall it every time.

Not working
It is not working since last update. Can’t go and check anything, app closes immediately if I click anything in home page.
Need to improve
Aways need to manually refresh to check notifications ! Simple auto refresh and notifications has not been implemented by the developer. Very disappointed in todays age and time ! Schools should avoid using such poorly built platforms

The app is okay….but needs a lot of improvement. Schools over use this app, and there are no notifications, so I can’t know if something came up at school. Fix these issues please..👍
Scroll bar in attachments section doesn’t work on iphone15
Under the IP Sheets—> Attachments section if there are long list of attachments the scroll bar doesn’t scroll as a result cant see the bottom set of attachments. It needs to be fixed.

Hi i have to refresh the dairy to see the latest notifications. Previous version was not having this problem. Notifications used to appear as and when posted. Now its not.
Logging button is not visible
I am not able to login as “login button” under “forgot password” is not visible on iPhone 8. This was working previously. Due to this I am not able to use this app. Other phone this is working. Please get this issue fixed.
Useless app
Not able to reset the password. Every time it sends the password change link but after changing the password it says Have you forgotten your password..funny game :)
Route information is not showing up
Both pick-up information and drop informations are showing not updated at student profile section suddenly. It was showing before
No notifications
The app does not have feature of notifications on ios that is the prime feature to be enabled.
Very poor
App needs to be tested properly it gets hanged Refresh doesn’t happening need to logout and relogin not user friendly but we are forced to use due to school got tied up with such a bad interface.
Useless app heavily enforced by schools
A basic sync with notification is missing in the app. Have to wait for an email to arrive to understand there is an update. Multiple emails of same content will come if you have more than one child. Useless tabs like Articles and Memoirs are there.
The UI needs an update. Apart from all these the schools just say use Coolg, this is the only reason I’m having the app in my phone.
Finally irresponsible developers who don’t even worry about the comments and ratings. They just just keep ensuring that schools force the app usage.

Poor user interface
This app has very poor interface. For example there is no option to pay fees. Website shows fee details, but I can't find an option to make fee payment. This app needs a lot of improvement to make it user friendly.
Worstgurukul
I think best name for this app worstgurukul. Even school kids can develop better app than this. Login doesn’t sometime work, payment doesn’t work, prints empty receipts, cannot post in diary so not sure why this app in App Store.
