One of the best fitness app
I’m usually skeptical of fitness apps, but this one genuinely helped me build a routine.
What I love:
1. No BS workouts: Adjusts to my level and equipment. I started as a complete beginner and never felt overwhelmed.
2. Actually motivating: The progress tracking + small wins keep me coming back.
3. Zero intimidation: Clear video demos and it doesn’t make you feel bad for skipping a day.
I’m 3 months in, more consistent than I’ve ever been, and I can see/feel real results. If you’re tired of apps that overpromise, try this one.

I loveee my little habitant friend! It’s so cute! I am also enjoying the video instructions for workouts I don’t know how to do, it’s making me feel less anxious about working with the equipment at the gym!
