Job Done
I needed to find an CO-OP ATM that accepted cash deposits. This app found me several. I don't get all the bad reviews - the app works in a no frills sort of way. Basic and helpful. Perfect.
Out of date COVID notice
A notice about some locations being closed due to COVID still pops up when opening the app—a little dated, right?
Outdated information
The info has not been updated in several years. It will direct you to non existing or out of network ATMs. The Covid lock down related message still pops up as soon as you open the app.

App doesn’t even work or load. States servers not available or loading
Dormant App
This app is dormant. It still displays a COVID-19 message when you open it and the locations are not up-to-date. So many ATMs are gone in my area, yet this app still lists them and their addresses. It seems like they aren’t updating this app anymore and should probably close it.

Extremely Outdated Software
The intro to the app mentions “3D touch,” which hasn’t been used in iPhones since the iPhone X in 2017. The list of credit unions that it allows you to choose from is full of blank entries, so while you can see which state the entry is from, you can’t see the name so you don’t even know what you’re choosing. The slide-out menu glitches out which I assume is another symptom of this app not having any updates. I really hope they can fix this app. I would even volunteer to help.

Impressive abanonware
Still gives good data for my credit union so far. I’m REALLY tired of clicking through a COVID-19 warning every time I open the app. No updates in 4 years and still functional is impressive. Will be 4 stars if the COVID warning ever is removed.
Yes it’s really that bad
What’s the point of this app if you can’t find any meaningful data from it. It offers you nothing. Instead, it may give you a branch which turns out doesn’t participate like the app says it does. This non-participating branch does however inform you of a branch the app DOESNT list as a co-op, that can help you. So perhaps if you enjoy mystery banking experiences that may or may not eventually end in success, this app is for you. Maybe.

Not updated
App is badly out of date, sent me to an ATM that doesn’t exist. Also it has this persistent message about the “evolving COVID 19 pandemic” which is now badly outdated.
Poor Accuracy & Validity
I wish I had read the reviews more carefully before downloading this. Tried to find an ATM that was connected to my network. After three different ATMs were searched for, the locations were all wrong or nonexistent. Don’t even bother with this app. In fact, I would recommend that everyone show how displeased they are with their financial institutions’ services because I found the same issues plaguing the apps from specific credit unions. In short, if those credit unions can’t be bothered, updating their ATM locations for their own apps, what should this “cooperative“ app be any better?

Could you add google maps as an option when clicking on directions. Once this is added, I will update to 5 starts.

Why does it still say the "pandemic" is evolving? Also, there needs to be a way to flag an ATM as "no longer in service".

Completely Useless
Something so very simple should work flawlessly. I tried multiple times to get it to filter for the 100+ locations in my area (that I looked up on my laptop) to no avail. It didn't show any locations (ATM or shared branches) in the search results.
It stopped working
Immediately closes after opening. Briefly flashes the map and then autocloses.
