Password Frustration
Can’t, for the life of me, understand WHY you have to re-enter your PW to transfer your own money between your own accounts? Considering you’ve already entered your PW or facial recognition to get into your accounts in the first place...seems a little overkill to me AND very frustrating!
Annoying Process
Every time I open the app it says there is a newer version available and sends me to the App Store only for me to open the app from there, because my app is already up to date. It is extremely frustrating, especially when it then deletes all of my saved information. I have yet to actually need an update when I’m sent to do this. This process also keeps me from being able to use the instant balance feature since my information is never being “saved” in the app.

Deposit
This is a great way to make a deposit. I sometimes have a hard time finding a ATM that takes deposits. This way I don’t have to drive all the way into Peoria.

Can’t see payments scheduled from checking
Very disappointed to see that pending payments scheduled to be paid from checking account can’t be viewed in the app.
