Since the first time I saw a live, I was hooked. Nina is amazing at explaining the material and fits of the products. She ensures she caters to all sizes and brings in plus size models too. I love the lives because I can ask questions, but even when I shop the site or apps she is so quick to respond to my messages with answers. She is ALWAYS looking to make her customers feel special. She asks what her VIPs are interested in before buying. I cannot say enough how she caters to her customers. She adds all sorts of personal touches to her business... including sharing of her life and family. I love this boutique and this family so much that if I need something in particular, I ask her if she can get it so I can buy from her instead if Amazon or another boutique. I am so thankful I found this boutique. I have been so happy with everything I have purchased and the very few items that did not fit as I hoped, I had no problem returning. Now I just need some shopping-aholic intervention!
