What a joke you have to pay to watch your kid play and it won’t even let you screen mirror to the TV so you can enjoin as a family. You can’t screen record. Wish it had said that.

Old app was better, but hate how there is no way to stream to a connected TV anymore. Would use to love watching the championship games on my tv and now that I can’t and only watch on my phone, really stinks …. and makes me not want to even tune into CDPTV. Should also Stream Live directly to Facebook and YouTube for the CDPTV this app isn’t great for watching the streams.

If I could give them zero stars, I would.
The terrible UI and slow performance are bad enough, but first, you have to be able to login. Even with the purchased option, we have encountered many problems with the "reached maximum devices "even though we are well within number. Would really like our money back because we are unable to check on any updated game details.
For the money they take in, they should be able to hire better front and UI developers, and have better backend systems.

Much improved over prior years. Works great, especially if you’re a coach!
App Errors
App has no audio and games keep freezing in both wi-fi and cellular data mode.
You won’t be able to watch your kid with this.
App is a glitch machine. Starts game from beginning then freezes can’t fast forward or rewind. It’s trash.

The experience of Cooperstown Dreams Park is 2nd to none! However for the App, it seems they hire developers from Temu. Every time I close the app, I get a blank white screen the next time I reopen. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app, and re-login. Super annoying.
White screen
Constantly get a full white screen, and can’t use the app, you must completely delete the app and then reinstall to use it again… But then the next day you’ll have a white screen again
Can’t create an account
Tells me to select a month but there is not an option to do so. It didn’t do this, this morning. Hopefully it get resolved. Big bucks to send family there and not being able to watch like you can via game changer is pretty sad.

Thank you for allowing me to watch my grandson play in a championship game while I am across the country. And what a beautiful baseball field and park. As good as my hometown major league team park, the kids are better.

Terrible App Cooperstown should be ashamed
If the feed works at all it is for about 20 seconds for me and it pauses itself, you hit play and you hear sound for about 10 seconds it starts to play for about 20 seconds and we start all over again. If you could see the kids play $20 is fine but if you can’t fix it, don’t offer it!
And to the people that put in their review people don’t know how to use a phone, that is small minded. Too many people here are having the same type of issues.

Outrages Price Hike
Weekly video went from $1.99 per week to $20 per week from one year and for the same old webcam. Very disappointing, haven’t purchased one week. $5 would be the most it’s worth per week. And now no yearly pricing for a whole year of the entire summer tournament. Many people are just using gamechanger to stream these games now.

Not user friendly at all, I can’t access it even though I have set up an account (multiple times), and it still says I’m not an existing user. What a waste.
