Notifications issue
I am experiencing an issue where my phone does not notify me of incoming notifications via tone or vibration. I have also consulted with a friend who is also a coopler, and he is encountering the same problem. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app, as well as check my phone’s notification settings, but none of these solutions have been effective. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue.

This company is very very very bad. In my opinion, do not go anywhere near this company who pretends to care about your career.
Agency that doesn’t keep promises
Two years ago upon promises of remuneration by the sales department introduced a new corporate client to Coople. Since then all what I have received is tons of missives, never even a thank you letter inspite of the fact the company i brought to Coople has become its biggest partners. There is no accountability, speaking to the wall.

They don’t answer calls or not call back.
Was waiting for email confirmation for assessment which never came or they don’t answer call. And send email you didn’t attend assessment…. Seriously!!!! Why you don’t answer or call back if you professional.

Unprofessional
Unprofessional team. I was offered a job for which I cleared my calendar and rejected all my other job offers and all of a sudden I was bumped down to reserve list with no explanation. The only explanation I received was “there are many applicants and it id highly likely we will call you”. I would highly recommend liveforce and stint. Job seekers, stay away from this awful platform and don’t be deceived by the bot rating.

Horrible app, can’t even get shifts and even if you apply is like they don’t even acknowledge. I’m sorry but im not gonna keep begging for shifts if they are not available. And I am certainly not no experienced chef to be doing up chef experience when thats all you have.

I have started using LiveForce and Coople at the same time and it’s been 6 months now and I have worked for like more than 25 or 30 jobs with LiveForce whereas Coople failed to give me even a single job. They see you like an insect on earth. Now if they say that experience matters so LiveForce also gave me jobs which made me work and learn as well. I have experience and certifications too but Coople failed to give me even the Cleaning Jobs 😂 This app is a total scam and time waste. Try others or go for LiveForce (Profiles Personnel).

Worst agency to work with
I had work with a company for temp to perm position where in at almost 3 months to the company they cancelled all my shifts at the end moment where they were to make me a permanent employee and at the end moment they cancelled it and coople do not have a hold of them and I was without job for long time because of them and when asked to coople they say to check terms and conditions of companies. When hiring they do not give you clear picture of whats going to happen. Literally no to Coople.

Awful slave drivers with no concept of how to run an ethical business.
If you want to peddle money into tax-dodging slave drivers. Work for Coople. There are many other companies and employers who will actually treat you with respect. Find them.

This app is a scam. You people who want work, you won't find it on this app. I have worked for them for more than half year now ( and got more jobs than others) but I wouldn't reccimend anybody to waste their time on this app.
They won t give you jobs, if they will give it to you then they will cancel it hours before the job starts.
They work against the worker. There is no respect for workers neither understanding. All they care about is to make it cheaper for their clients on your skin.

Waste of my time
Can’t get a shift because companies prefer employees with ratings. The only way to get ratings is to work a shift…don’t waste your time with this app.
Some shifts are posted so late too and still allow you to apply even if you're an hour away and it starts in 40 minutes. Customer service is also bad, I was told to just keep applying and I gave up after a while because I knew there was no point in trying.

False advertising
I’m a student currently studying in Manchester in dire need of money so, I kept seeing Coople advertise on Google and Reed.com for all these so called “jobs” in Manchester. So I finally made my account had my documents checked
, but even before that ZILCH AND I MEAN ZILCH, I thought did I miss something? Where’s all these receptionist, waitressing jobs etc… that they are advertising for???Anyways, after reading the most recent reviews I decided to delete the app for good. It’s actually funny because I reinstalled the app without remembering why I deleted it and trust me, I remember now. Maybe if ur in London you will have better luck, but unfortunately, it’s a no for me.

Shift never accepted
I’m with Coople for over 6month it’s been 3 month applying for shift constantly , sometime even 3/4 shifts a day but never get hired by one , I don’t understand why , they keep saying it’s the company that hires , so you do nothing ?? How I’m I supposed to prove my self if I cannot show it ?! I believe as app/agency you should speak trough with company and try to give a chance to anyone especially with a good and valuable experienced CV .

I’ve been approved to work since September and I kid you not every single job I have signed up for has been rejected somehow… I’ve got a decent amount of experience working in retail and hospitality and this agency refuses to acknowledge that. If you are looking to join this agency, don’t bother.. You have a better chance winning the lottery than working a shift with coople.

I’ve been with Coople for only a couple of months. It’s a bit difficult to get your first job, but after that it’s amazing and they venues are top notch that we are sent to. Good rates as well. Thanks Coople.
