Update
Does not update on my phone
Inconsistent
Deposits via check photo capturing has been inconsistent my last few experiences. Directions for the back of the check did not note documenting RDA only CVCU until the check was submitted. Then gave an error message that the check had already been submitted when the RDA. info was added.
I suddenly have to update my IOS to update the app.
I have a really old iPhone and I’m still running on IOS 16. I am terrified to update my phone because I can’t afford a new one if Apple decides to brick it. Now I can’t use my bank app because of it. It’s really disappointing.

I love this credit union! Ppl are always so helpful!
I don’t like new dashboard
I don’t like the fact that, I can’t see my transactions. I liked better when I could open my app see my transactions. 👎🏻
Do not like monthly banking fee
The services are nice but I do not think I should have to pay a monthly banking fee. So I’m looking at changing to regions where they give free checking if I have a direct deposit check each month. Thanks

Great app wish it was a little more customizable besides that’s wonderful bank also!!!
Remote Deposit
Remote deposit is terribly hard to use. Rejects endorsements even after writing exactly what the directions said to do. App logs out when you try to use the phone’s calculator

I’ve been banking with cvcu for at least two years! Had nothing but great customer service! I’m mostly in the cartersville branch when I go and those women that work the counter are so kind!
Where is Automatic Payment Option
Maybe I’m just really dumb. I took out an auto loan recently and became a new CVCU customer…. I’m really struggling to make a payment with the app. There is no option that I can find that says “Make a Payment”, nor can I find a way to set up an automatic payment from my new checking account. I’ve set up an automatic deposit but can only find a way to schedule an “Transfer” that recurs on a specific day of the month. I have no idea if that is the same every month or not. I’ve been banking with many banks and even a few other credit unions in my almost 70 years but CVCU is the most confusing I’ve ever used. Am I the only one with these concerns????

Good App, but
I pay over $1k a month on my loan and have to do it in 3 payments. That’s terribly annoying. I’ve heard their reasoning and it’s a weak excuse
maintenance fee
Not a fan of “monthly maintenance fee”; I feel like it’s penalizing the accounts who can least afford it. Are you not making enough money for the shareholders?
Opinion
I love the app. I use the drive thru and the ATM a lot. I still have negative feelings about how my mom was treated two years ago, but I really have been treated well.
Love my credit union
Whether it’s taking my pups through the drive-through to get a treat with a deposit or getting help from some nefarious hack, my credit union Coosa Valley credit union is absolutely the best!
Functional
Not the most advanced banking app. It is generally functional but requires a lot of manual interdiction from CVCU personnel.
Great Customer Service
I love my bank they are so friendly and helpful. I take care of my banking needs from my checking account, savings account and financing my car .
Fraud
I had charges come up on my debit card. I canceled immediately and called my bank. Also called the fraud department back. Tried calling Amtrak, but was worried. I was just hurting myself more so stopped that process. Went to my bank the next day and the gentleman that helped me issued me a new card and gave me two numbers to call as soon as, the charges were not pending. I just looked at my bank account and the money is back. I am very grateful.

App is awful
We lets see it has been working. Then it says it needs an update to continue working. Ok well lets do the update.. no why not oh it takes a iso of 16 or later to work. Well lets see here Apple has only put out the latest update of 15.something. So guess what. I can’t do the update so now for a month this app has been useless.
