App needs upgrade
It’s a great app for sellers but for cars if you want to sell industrial equipment for example forklift, tractor, skidster, you going to have a hard time listing it because there is no list to choose from. But for cars its great wish they can update it.
Great option other auctions don’t have
It’s easy to use and we sell most of our cars on the first run. Love how easy it is sell cars through Copart

Need desktop version. More options for different types of vehicle sold. Need to be able to load pictures 10 at a time instead of one at a time.

Great app but needs a bit of work, most for the time you can’t upload the pictures and we the seller should be able to respond to the buyer directly with counter offers

There needs to be a desktop version. The app keeps reverting back to drafts. Pictures need to be loaded all at once from photo gallery instead of one by one. The app does not remember your information. You have to input your name email address and phone number each time.
Great selling tooll once for sale - but The app needs work. Clumsy to navigate through. Anything other than a car such as industrial equipment as is like shooting from the hip trying to load the right pictures and get the correct description.

While creating assignments and you get a phone call it does not save what you’ve been working on and you have to start over.

Easy to use but pointless
The app is easy to use but expect the yard you drop it off to not to have a clue in the world about how it works or what they need to do with the vehicle. Takes forever for them to process it in the yard and to get paid out. Might as well just skip the app cause your going to be on the phone and sending emails to get anything done in a timely manner
